You will need a reliable internet connection, a phone, computer or tablet with video conferencing capabilities, and a private space where you can engage in virtual sessions without distractions. The platform for sessions includes video conferencing tools similar to that of Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

To prepare, reflect on the challenges you’re currently facing—whether personal, professional, or interpersonal and what you hope to see changed and/or what you hope to accomplish through our work together. You can discuss topics such as leadership struggles, overwhelm, self-esteem, burnout, or workplace and family dynamics. The sessions are designed to help you explore solutions and build resilience while navigating complex situations toward realizing your personal vision.

To reschedule, simply reach out via email or through the scheduling platform used by Matters Counseling and Consulting. 24-hour notice is appreciated to accommodate your scheduling needs. Fees may apply for sessions cancelled within the 24 hour window.
